ECO-PTM 0.0.0-beta
ECO-PTM 0.0.0-beta https://github.com/CADWRDeltaModeling/ecoptm Version ECO-PTM 0.0.0-beta is an updated release of DSM2 v8.4 ECO-PTM that includes several major enhancements. New capabilities include simulation of juvenile Chinook salmon fate and survival for fish entering the Delta from the San Joaquin River at Vernalis, improved representation of fish responses to leakage flows at barriers, and a modular architecture that allows users to incorporate specialized routing models. The model is now platform-independent, with legacy C/C++/Fortran components replaced by Java. Additional improvements include tools for visualization and animation of fish particle fate, comparison of simulation results across management alternatives, and utilities for converting legacy input files to the new format.
